We currently ship within Australia only.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of being placed. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping rates and delivery times

We offer two shipping options at checkout:

Standard shipping — $9.95, typically arrives within 3-7 business days
Express shipping — $13.95, typically arrives within 1-3 business days

Delivery times are estimates provided by our shipping carrier and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, particularly for regional and remote areas.

Order tracking

Once your order has shipped, we'll send you a tracking number by email so you can follow its progress.

Delays

While we do our best to get your order to you on time, delivery estimates are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, extreme weather, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll help track it down.

Incorrect delivery details

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer, though we'll always do what we can to help resolve the situation.
